What to Expect
This work is somatic, nervous-system-informed, and body-led.
We go at your pace. You’re in the driver’s seat.
There’s no pressure to perform or share anything you’re not ready to - just a spacious, shame-free space to reconnect with your body, boundaries, and turn-on.
Sessions are guided but intuitive. I’ll offer practices, reflections, and nervous system tools tailored to what your body is needing that day - whether it’s grounding, release, reconnection, or reclaiming your “fuck yes.”
